What determines wage levels in the health care industry?
Wage system of employees in the healthcare is set by category: doctors, middle and junior medical staff, and administrative and managerial staff. The system is based on the salaries of doctors setting circuit salary, bonuses and promotions system. Official salaries also depend on the location of the medical institution in the highlands.
