c %=m_solute/m_solution ∙100%
msolution=msolvent+msolute

The molecular weight of NaOH is 40 g/mol.
Thus, the mass of NaoH is
m_solute=40 g/mole∙5 mole=200 g
The total mass is
m_solution=(200 g)/(12 %)∙100%=1667 g
The volume is
V=ρm_solution=1.131∙1667=1885 ml
