3NO2(g) + H2O(l)------> NO(g) + 2HNO3(aq)
we can find the amount of substance of water:
n(NO2) : n(H2O) = 1:3;
n(H2O) = n(NO2)*1/3
If the amount of substance of nitrogen dioxide is 8.4 mol
n(H2O) = 8.4*1/3
n(H2O) = 2.7 moles
