Enthalpy: A thermodynamic quantity equivalent to the total heat content of a system. 

Heat: Heat is energy which is transferred between two matters when one of them is hotter than the other.

Basic difference between enthalpy and heat: Enthalpy is also a heat of particular amount on the other hand heat can be of any amount.
