Analyzing an acid spill is a lab for determination of the water sample (i.e. from river) acidity. Using sodium hydroxide and bromothymol blue for titration you will see the change of its color: blue in basic, green in neutral and yellow in acid solutions. After determination the amount of sodium hydroxide calculate the acidity.
