Perovskite solar cell is a type of solar cell, which includes a petrovskite structured compound, most commonly a hybrid organic-inorganic lead or tin halide-based material, as the light-harvesting active layer. The average efficiency of the Perovskite solar cell is 22%.
Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) is a low-cost solar cell belonging to the group of thin film solar cells. Their efficiency is around 11%.

Considering the factor of efficiency, Perovskite solar cells are better.
