The volume of water added to aliquot in acid-base titration does not matter, as it does not change the quantity of analyte in the flask. Value of concentration is not so important, because you have measured precisely the volume of mother solution, concentration of which is to be determined by titration. Aliquot is diluted in Erlenmeyer flask to increase the volume of solution that is important to prevent significant fluctuations of temperature over neutralization process and make equivalence point more pronounced.
