Complete ionic equation:
Na+(aq) +Cl-(aq) +K+(aq) +NO3-(aq) = Na+(aq) +Cl-(aq) +K+(aq) +NO3-(aq)
All the ions in this equation are present on the reactant side and on the product side in exactly the same form. So, all these ions are spectator ions. In a net ionic equation, all spectator ions are completely removed, and this equation cannot be written in this case (because all the ions are cancelled.
