2NaOH +2AL + 2H2O =2NaALO2+3H2

1 Mole of hydrogen gas at STP=22.4L

60L=(60/22.4)=2.679

The mole ratio of NaOH:H2=2:3

2:3=1.786:2.679

The mass of NaOH required=1.786x40=71.44 grams
