Condensation is the process by which water changes from the vapourized state back to the liquid state. Consider the fact that this process is a change of state, energy must be involved. This energy is usually referred to as the heat of condensation which is about 2,260KJ/Kg, which is equal to 40.8KJ/mol

Specific heat of condensing water is released when water condensed to form Liquid droplets.

Specific heat of condensing water = heat of condensation= 40.8KJ/mol
