MAVA=MBVB where M is the molarity and V is the volume

10(x)=100(1)

10x=100

X=100/10

X=10ml

So 10 ml of NaOH needed

1 M=10ml

5M=?

5/1x10

50ml will be required for a 5M solution to be made.
