It is known that for photosynthesis is a process of sunlight energy accumulation and usage it for synthesis of carbohydrates from carbon dioxide and water. Photosynthesis in plants is carrying out in special cells chloroplasts, which is situated most of all in leaves, but also are in stems and fruits.& In order to capture more light for photosynthesis leaves are flat, what provides big ratio between surface and volume.
Water is delivering from the root through developed vessels net (ribs). Besides, the surface of the leaf is coated with a water-resistant waxy cuticle that protects it from excessive evaporation of water. Carbon dioxide is getting partly by diffusion through cuticle and epidermis, but most of it is delivered to leaves through air pores in leaves.
