Gas levels in a cell culture can be measured using a gas analyser. How would you then control (increase/decrease) the amount of a gas in a cellular culture e.g. O2 or Co2?

Gas-tight box is used for this purpose. Cell culture plates can be placed inside the chamber of this apparatus. The chamber is sealed and the feedback control device controls the ammount of gases inside the gas chamber.

Gas-controlled incubator is also used, but it is less convenient as it is not portable.
