If the structure isolated is truly a cell (and is not a red blood cell)? Then the cell is of a bacteria. All bacteria are in Kingdom monera.

Monerans are unicellular and prokaryotic. Prokaryotic means that they lack a nuclear membrane/envelope around the nuclear material, hence no distinct nucleus and the nuclear material is scattered in the cytoplasm
