“Person A is stronger than Person B but Person B is more fit.” How can this be? Explain the difference between “strength” and “fitness”.

People A can be a weightlifter and people B can be a runner. If they run 1000 meters then person B would be better fit because person B was used to running.

Fitness is the ability of a person to adapt to any conditions.

Strength is characterized as a physical property of the body.
