A-1

t RNA contains three nucleotides which are called anticodons that pair with three nucleotides of m RNA called a codon. So at a time only one t RNA is needed to bring one amino acid. It leaves the amino acid and then another t RNA comes and leaves another amino acid. peptide bonding to the first amino acid and so on.
