If humans were to become extinct, trees would be left to occupy nature. This is because trees can survive way better without humans but humans cannot survive without trees because the air for breathing would be unsuitable for them. Existence of humans has led increased deforestation which has led to decrease in number of trees in nature. There would be way more than 3 trillion trees in nature if it weren’t for the humans. Forests would take over if there were no human beings.
