The primary differences between eubacteria, archaebacteria and the members of the other kingdoms is that the eubacteria and archaebacteria are prokaryote that is they are single celled without having nucleus and cell organelles but the members of the other kingdom are eukaryotes that is they have nucleus and cell organelles.
