Cell membrane integrity refers to state of complete membrane in perfect condition.  Biochemical compounds are carbon based compounds found in living things and they make up cells and other structures of organism and carry out life process. The compounds are large molecules composing of many repeating units of smaller molecules. The cell membrane compounds are phospholids and proteins. The cell membrane mediates cellular process by regulating materials that enter and leave the cells and also maintains the shape of the cell. The integrity of cell membrane is of great importance as it tracks incremental changes in the membrane damage and allows for preventive maintenance. The cells protects the integrity of the interior cell by allowing certain components of cell membrane and biochemical compounds into the cell while keeping other substances out.
