2-deoxyglucose (2-DG) - is an analog of glucose but due to the hydrogen replaced with hydroxyl group it can not undergo farther reactions. It plays role of competitive inhibitor in phosphoglucoisomerase reaction. 3-Bromopyruvate (3BP) - inhibitor of glycolysis at the hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase levels. It serves as an antagonist of pyruvate and lactate.

I was amazed on the turnaround on not only the work but the response time. There were 4-5 assignments before that began to make me wonder on the customer service aspect and not just the completion of work. This assignment and support brought light at the end of the tunnel.
