2-deoxyglucose (2-DG) - is an analog of glucose but due to the hydrogen replaced with hydroxyl group it can not undergo farther reactions. It plays role of competitive inhibitor in phosphoglucoisomerase reaction.
3-Bromopyruvate (3BP) - inhibitor of glycolysis at the hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase levels. It serves as an antagonist of pyruvate and lactate.
