Phosphatidylserine could be formed fromphosphatidylcholine. One of the ways of phosphatidylcholine synthesis  is
methylation of ethanolamine by S-Adenosyl-Methionine. For the appearance of the
last one an essential amino acid methionin is required that can't be
synthesized in human body.
