Yes , gly-gly-gly can be seperated from gly-asp-glu by isoelectric focusing. This is because the isoelectric point of glutamic acid differ from glycine and aspartic acid. At PH 7 both aspartic and glutamine acid are negatively charged while glycine is positively charged.
