As the question says, 6.2g urea is produced per day, whereas 26.2g is excreted after three days. That means the total production of urea for three days will be 18.6g. (6.2*3=18.6)

Now energy can be obtained by multiplying the grams by energy per gram. Note- There is a difference between energy per gram and amount of gram of energy.
