Teachers tend to be aware of the impacts of inequalities and racism. As a result, they have developed various tools that help solve the issue of racism. As a teacher, there is a need to introduce lessons that teach concerning the adverse effects of racism to help increase the learners' understanding of racism. Moreover, there is a need to start a diversity committee that will help solve the issue of racism. Since most students have already experienced racism, there is a need to create cocoons that will help in strengthening the identities of these students. Furthermore, there is a need to model diversity through the content and structure of the class. Moreover, in combating racism, there is a need to introduce a multicultural classroom by offering responsibility, leadership, and task equitability. These roles are offered to all learners without racism. By the learners working as a team, this will help solve the issue of racism.
