1. Pluralism and internal colonialism

Pluralism Is a political philosophy that assumes that people of different beliefs, interests, and lifestyles can peacefully coexist in society. Pluralism anticipates that the minority group should be included in the government processes and therefore this helps the decision-makers in the process of making firm decisions.

Internal colonialism is the consequence of the uneven effect of economic development in society. Internal colonialism has led to discrimination of the minority group.

The concept of pluralism seeks to include the minor group in the government activities, therefore, leading to national cohesion. However, internal colonialism differentiates the society into groups leading to discrimination against the minority.

Race is a concept that brings us back to social relations and therefore it leads to the identification of different social groups. In a society that has different types of races has led to discrimination by ethnicity hence has led to violence. The group being discriminated against stir up violence to protect their civil rights.

Class is a group of people in society that possess the same socioeconomic status. Social classes are upper, upper-middle, middle, working, and lower.

Colonialism is the policy of acquiring full or partial political power governing a country's economy. When race and class are considered in the society, then internal colonialism has a higher chance of growing hence war can be predicted.
