My organization sometime experiences tension and conflict among members due to social or economic miscommunication that can be perceived to be inequity. For example, periodically rewards to excellent employees can be perceived by other workers as favoritism to hamper employee relationships. Intergroup communication that is not subjective is worth as the first step identifies the root cause of conflict not based on personalities but behaviors of the dispute. Both parties need to listen carefully, and the conflict resolution must never be found based on a win-lose tussle. Therefore, an inclusive and elaborate plan is necessary to realize the success of conflict resolution by enabling everyone to understand the meaning of rewards that are a result of employee performance.
