Macro-sociology looks at large-scale social progressions namely change and social stability. While micro-sociology looks at small-scale contacts amongst people namely group dynamics and conversations. Out of the four perspective (s) of sociology, both symbolic interactionalism and feminism are micro-levels of sociology since they focus on interactions amongst individuals.
