Amish Community education is completed in eight years unlike in the America where age or years of study is not a factor. Amish believe that learning for eight years leads to supremacy which is forbidden. In the mainstream America, they that a child must go through learning first before securing a job. An Amish girl or woman wears long skirts and long sleeves with basic decoration. On the other hand American women have a tendency of wearing in the normal way. Communication in the Amish is established first through the family. American communication is direct. Amish speak mostly Pennsylvania Dutch while Americans speak English.
