Culture is a term used to describe the customs, ideas, and social behavior of a specific group of people. In this regard, the effect of cultural characteristics in rural areas is that it acts as a backbone of identity in a society. For this reason, rural areas encompass one group of individual with the same cultural characteristic which offers the identity of the people in a particular location. On the other hand, Cultural characteristics affect interaction in urban areas based on a different group of people with diverse cultural characteristics. In this case, cultural characteristic in urban areas does not act as an identity of a particular place. Still, it makes it to be a cosmopolitan location due to the interaction of different cultural characteristics
