1. Role differentiation - this is the division of roles in a group of people or among other social system due to increased number of roles or based on the professionalism, abilities and skills. For example in leadership, one could divide roles among employees

2. Social solidarity  - is a framework that emphasizes on the interrelationship and dependence between an individual and a society. Social solidarity makes one to feel important to others.
