In order to reduce racial prejudice, one should;
- Hire and actively recruit ethnically and racially diverse staff
- Talk to people of color to understand the barriers they experience and work towards handling negative attitudes and stereotypes
- Establish a task force or committee to monitor and develop a plan to promote collaboration and fight all forms of racism both indoors and outdoors
- In schools and organizations, those in charge should identify events and holidays that relate to various ethnic and cultural groups.
