The old age’s influences do depend on society’s social factors. Depending on the degree of the level of development of some concretes societies (or countries) we can see different attitude to aging. In developed countries (e.g. USA, Germany, UK) retirement is a start of a new, interesting life, people have much more free time, and this with decent pension make travelling and studying new possible. In undeveloped countries old humans must care about survival, not about travels. And that fact can lead to quick degradation of personality.& &
If we speak about technology and aging we can divide technology into two big groups:

1) General technologies (gadgets, electronics etc.)
2) Special technologies for aging people:
& a)Cosmetology
& b)Medicine
Type 1 leads to misunderstanding between older and younger peoples.
Type 2a makes the perception of aging to be easier for concrete human.
Type 2b can get rid of many problems that will inevitably occur in worn-out body.
Analyze how the issue of aging is approached by the three major sociological paradigms.

Scientists release three major sociological paradigms. The Conflict Paradigm, The Symbolic Interactionist& Paradigm, The Functionalist Paradigm. Because of Symbolic Paradigm beginning incomprehension between old and young generations. Old people use outdated moral’s rules, relationships norms which drive us to the Conflict Paradigm. We can see this processes practically in all spheres where more than 1 generation are& crossing. Starting from household (problems which parents about short skirt) to business where come new-brained youth which born generates conflict. They come with new ideas, from PR company to technology innovations. Sometimes after these disputes old guardians go out from the companies, this way the Functionalist Paradigm works. Functionalist Paradigm assist to make the balance between old and young people in the working society. It seems that all above is naturally because developing is possible only this way – it leads to stability, economic and social.
