Industrial psychology can help solve challenges facing organizations in different ways. For instance, it helps in job analysis and assessing the skills and abilities required for a specific job opportunity. The information obtained in used to develop and assess employee skills and determine suitable people for certain tasks. Industrial psychology helps an organization address the issues facing the human resources thereby influencing efficiency and effectiveness. It is essential to note that the employees play an essential role in the success and continuity of the organization. They are in direct contact with the customers and are tasked with the responsibility of fulfilling the organization’s goals and objectives.
