Diplomatic immunity and reciprocity in international relations involves the international laws that protect the foreign and international organization immunity diplomats from being prosecuted in the court of law. The principles include that the diplomatic agent will therefore enjoy immunity from both civil and administrative jurisdiction. The two states also need to be in a mutual agreement since one state sends the diplomats while the other one receives. Moreover, the parties or countries involved need to develop a mutual agreement. Also, it is not always expected that the receiving state accepts the envoy sent to their state
