The creation of an informed, effective, and responsible citizenship is the most crucial duty. Citizens with the necessary knowledge, skills, and dispositions support democracies. Civic education is required in every state. Some form of civic education is required to ensure the state's survival. No government is organically self-sustaining, as there is no reason to believe that human individuals born under it will naturally develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to keep it running. A just and legitimate state, on the other hand, requires civic education to survive. Aristotle's concept for a complete system of public education, specifically modeled on the Spartan model, was founded on this concern with civic virtue. To actualize states' civic goals, civic education is required. This is not the same as maintaining the status quo. The state should instill civic virtue in order to promote the good life and sustain social order. Those "who care about excellent government" analyze states' virtues and vices. As a result, it can be deduced that virtue must be the responsibility of the state that is genuinely so called.”
