Political doctrine is the concept that asserts that an issue is politically incited that courts, which serve to support the government are not ready to hear the case. The ruling party takes an advantage of the ideology to remain in control. Gerrymandering is the favoring and tempering with the electoral constituency`s territory by the government. Under the political doctrine, gerrymandering is used by the incumbents to retain power.
