The constitution does not limit the participation of interest groups who are out to benefit themselves rather than to foster national interests. The constitution should restrict the activities of interest groups to ensure that all decisions made are to benefit the public interests.


Yes. There are ways that the public can benefit from government inefficiency in that there is less control thus citizens have greater freedom to execute their operations.
