Now that we have learned about the three main branches of ethical theory (consequentialism, non-consequentialism, and virtue ethics), which approach would you want a President of the United States to excel at in his or her own life and work? Why do you think it is more important for a President to live in accordance with this approach to ethics as opposed to the other two?

I will wish the President of the United States to make use of virtue ethics approach since virtue ethics is concerned with the good life and what kind of person one should be in order to get it right all the time.If the President applies virtue ethics,his character traits will be stable, fixed, and reliable dispositions. If an agent possesses the character trait of kindness, we would expect him or her to act kindly in all sorts of situations, towards all kinds of people, and over a long period of time, even when it is difficult to do so. A person with a certain character can be relied upon to act consistently over a time.This is different from other approaches which are concerned with what is wrong or right of the action.
