The similar transactions at times can be rendered unfair despite buyers expecting that they deserve to be the same. An example is when the transaction is similar but the price is higher. In this case, the transactions will lead to unfair outcomes. The reason that makes transactions to be unfair include those done at different times, those offered through different channels and when different terms are applied.
