a). A good client experience is what makes loyal customers happy. I lately bought a Television flat screen from Samsung brand and I was so astonished how they individualized everything for me. The Television was of great quality, they transported in on time and with decent packing. When I unlocked the packing, I was joyful to witness the corresponding face mask with my name on it.
b). In the restaurant industry, good customer service entails being welcoming, available, observant, and fast to take care of clients' needs.
