Discuss three (3) obstacles to implementing key IMC features
1. Lack of resources IMC is a complex process that requires a lot of resources; if the human resources are insufficient, it is difficult to achieve the objectives of IMC.
2. Different corporate cultures, IMC involves more than one company operating to ensure a successful campaign; the issue happens when each organization involved work in a unique culture and disintegrate interconnection.
3. Management problems: This most common obstacle in IMC implementation is managerial functions; the process involves different managers working together in different IMC categories such as advertising, marketing team, and public relations. The relationship between this management is challenging to control because of differences that may arise and corporation problems, thus creating a barrier to IMC.
