i) From the consumer behaviour perspective the company focuses on consumers who are footware conscious.

Ii) For pricing strategies the company focuses on the high end and the middle income members of the society.

III) Sneaker shack stores are well distributed all over South Africa.

iv) The company is very aggressive promotionwise by carrying out adverts in social and print medias.
