Integrity is the practice of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values while professional behavior is a form of etiquette in the workplace that is linked primarily to respectful and courteous conduct, being conscious of how you treat co-workers and clients and ensuring a positive workplace attitude can help you to improve your productivity and effectiveness in the workplace. Ethical standards generally are wide-ranging and non-specific, designed to provide a set of values or decision-making approaches that enable employees to make independent judgments about the most appropriate course of action while Conduct standards generally require little judgment; you obey or incur a penalty, and the Code provides a fairly clear set of expectations about which actions are required, acceptable or prohibited.

Truthful means, one doesn't have unknown agenda. In other words, you don't pick and choose which major stories to broadcast. In other words, don't choose statistics to support a conclusion when there are other statistics available that don't support the conclusion.

Accurately means that one needs to provide all the data so that the viewer can make an informed decision, rather than just providing a few facts and drawing a conclusion. Rather than asking softball questions in some interviews or leading questions in others, it means asking real questions from various angles. 

To report fairly on the other hand means that one must abstain from making personal remarks and allow for several viewpoints. As a result, all viewpoints are given the same amount of airtime. So the viewer should not be able to discern the reporter's opinion on a given topic from his or her body language.

Therefore reporting news truthfully, accurately, and fairly refers to the reporting of the broadcasting of evidence and data about numerous events in a style that can be easily understood by the public and is wanting of any form of bias.
