Facebook gathers information about your browsing patterns in order to understand the taste and habits of a customer. This benefits the customer because Facebook will be able to deliver exactly what you need as an individual with reference to your preferences. The drawback is that they collect big data and, through analysis, draw a conclusion about the general taste and preference of consumers, but if tastes and preferences are different, we will not get the product we are looking for. I would collect big data from companies like Google and analyze and make a strategic decision about the product and service I offer so that mass customers can accept it.
