Direct Selling Experience via Amazon India helped small scale manufacturers of handicrafts to market and sell their products to people all over the world, hence earning them a living despite hard economic times due to Covid -19.

Small manufactures are succeeding because of the presence of technology. Technology has provided small manufactures with;

  • natural communication with customers
  • Lower costs across the board
  • improved security
  • more diverse payment options
  • improved post-launch support

In my opinion the trend will continue because it is a better and efficient way to trade.
