Distinguish between attitudinal and behavioral loyalty. How does this distinction help a marketer?
Attitudinal loyalty-this describes customers that are royal since they love a certain brand while behavioral loyalty describes customers that are only royal because they are trapped. For example, if there is only one grocery store in the area, there will be an exhibition of behavioral loyalty. Customers will repeatedly shop in this store since they do not have any other option.
Attitudinal loyalty is developed through amazing experiences. Marketers use this knowledge by removing roadblocks, exceeding expectations, and delivering delights.
