Personality Test

           I agree with the results because they portray and signify the person that I am. For instance, openness I scored 87.5% indicating that I am creative, adventurous and intellectual. 73% in consciousness shows that I am organized and determined. Scoring 69% in extraversion entails that I tend to engage actively with others to earn friendship, power and status. Having a score of 75% in agreeableness portrays that I tend to offer a great deal of empathy and taking care of others. Lastly, 50% in Neuroticism indicates that I experience negative emotions, which warn me that something is wrong.

           The Big Five profile shows results in percentage and an explanation along, whereas the MBTI basically explains the traits of an individual (de Raad, B, 2000). Essentially, I would recommend the Big Five Profile over the MBTI on matters linked to character description. The personality test and employment are linked on the perspective that I understand the reasons I relate with my colleagues and in matters related to task completion (Ali, 2019).  The employers would be interested in the personality test, so as to know which task and group an employee is suitable for.
