An effective leadership style for this company would be a laissez-faire leadership style. In this leadership style, the head of the company allows the employees to independently make decisions and perform their duties. However, the leader provides support and resources to the employees whenever required. Adopting this leadership style will help the managers to establish trust among their team encouraging employees to exert their maximum potential, improving the company’s performance by working towards the mutual goal and vision.
