Globalization has enhanced Business Equalization. Travelling the world has become less expensive hence huge effect on small businesses due to the explosion of the travel & tourism industry.

Characteristics of global business administrators and managers

Experience- A great way to gain experience in a management role is to volunteer, either within your field or not. Try help manage and produce events.

Communication- An effective manager should be able to communicate with the team effectively. This involves listening to your team and working with them to produce results within their jurisdiction and responsibilities.
