Characteristics of global business administrators and managers

Time Management- time management is a key factor in being a successful manager. Time management is important when it comes to prioritizing and planning your day and always making sure you have time to communicate with your employees, and accomplishing goals within the stipulated timeline.

Reliability- leading a team needs a manager who is reliable. Always available for his employees, getting things done.
