Demographic details represent a lot regarding consumer behavior. According to De Mooij (2019), one’s choice to purchase a certain product depends on various issues which are associated with demographic factors. Significantly, the demand for certain commodities is influenced by aspects such as age. For instance, some products are popular among the millennial. Apart from age, another factor is gender. In the survey, it is important to investigate how the product evokes certain preferences based on one’s gender. Lastly, in the survey, it is important to look at the income level of the customers. For instance, De Mooij (2019) argues that many people in the middle-class will want luxury but those from low-cost families tend to focus on necessity. Essentially, in a research of this kind, it is evident that demographic details are important since age, gender and income level are important in determining a client’s attitude.
